DMCA & Takedown Policy

SineHub is a content aggregation and discovery platform. We index, organize, and link to audiovisual content served entirely by independent third-party APIs and embed providers. SineHub does not produce, upload, store, transcode, or redistribute any media files.

We do not host content

SineHub does not:

Upload, store, or cache any video, audio, image, or subtitle files
Operate any content delivery network (CDN) for media files
Circumvent or remove any digital rights management (DRM) protection
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform copyrighted works

All media streams are served exclusively by third-party embed providers. SineHub's servers only deliver the web application interface itself — no video or media data passes through SineHub servers at any time. Metadata (titles, posters, descriptions, ratings) is sourced from licensed providers such as The Movie Database (TMDB) and MangaDex.

DMCA safe harbor

SineHub operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and functions as an information location tool under § 512(d). We disable access to links or embed references upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, and reinstate access upon receipt of a valid counter-notice.

Submitting a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe content accessible through SineHub infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our DMCA agent that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
The specific URL(s) within SineHub where the material appears.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Because SineHub aggregates links and embeds rather than hosting files, the fastest resolution is to also contact the upstream embed / stream provider directly — they control the actual media files. Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
