Flipper and Lopaka follows the adventures of Lopaka, a boy granted the ability to speak with marine animals, on his tribe's island home and the undersea city of Quetzo.

On the way home, the young boy encounters a poor fish that had his home destroyed by Dexter and his hoodlums. Lopaka must now decide which person will receive the pearl.▶6.
