When their overworked and undersized crew begins to fall behind, Jon and Michelle soon realize that this project could be their first failure. Rainy Deal in North PlainfieldTo fill a gap in his schedule, Jon takes on a small house in North Plainfield right next to the highway where the profit margins are paper thin. If the renovation goes well, he’ll have kept his crew working and the team will pocket a little cash. But if things go sideways (which they will) they could quickly find themselves in the red and threaten the integrity of the entire 24 Hour Flip system.▶9.
