2. Episode 255m · Kube gets hired to do lighting at WS Theater. However, the theater faces the risk of closure after police officer Ose arrests dancer Mone mid-performance.
3. Episode 344m · As Kube fervently rewrites a Shakespeare play for the WS Theater, Horai and Rika offer him some advice that causes him to throw a tantrum.
4. Episode 444m · The theater prepares for the opening night of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream". Happun Shrine priestess Juri expresses her desire to leave the neighborhood.
5. Episode 544m · On the day of the opening performance of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” a religious purification ceremony is held onstage for good luck and protection.
6. Episode 644m · At WS Theater, a starstruck Kube is delighted to receive praise from famed Shakespearean actor Reizaburo Koreo and invites him to the after-party.
7. Episode 744m · With Koreo on board, Kube confidently proclaims to the manager and his wife that the theater will put on “The Winter’s Tale” the following week.
8. Episode 844m · During one of the scenes in “The Winter’s Tale”, Koreo and Kento are suddenly heckled by somebody in the audience, who turns out to be Rika’s ex-lover.
9. Episode 966m · Kube tells Rika he hopes to stage “Hamlet” once the theater gets on track. At the shrine, Juri can’t stop wondering about Rika and Kube.
10. Episode 1044m · An awestruck Kube is thrilled to speak with esteemed director Ninagawa Yukio. Later, Kube and Asano confront theater owner Jessie Saiga.

Asakusa Fukumaru Ryokan

National Theatre celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2006. In January 2007, the theatre begins its 51st year with “Asakusa Fukumaru Inn,” a new drama where every episode is self-inclusive, set in an old-line inn in Asakusa. Fukumaru Daikichi, the owner of Fukumaru Inn is played by Nishida Toshiyuki. The inn has been in business for over 60 years, and Daikichi is its third owner. Known as “nosy Dai-san” from people of Asakusa, Daikichi pries into the affairs of others and ends up making matters worse. As social conditions change, his inn business faces difficult situation, but he cannot help but stop being nosy. In each episode, various guest actors/actresses appear to take the key role sometimes as a guest to the inn or as a someone Daikichi meets in the neighborhood area. Exchanges between guest actors/actresses and Dakichi will definitely make the viewers cry and laugh in all episodes.
