Hosted by award winning actor Miranda Tapsell and beloved comedian Luke McGregor, this captivating eight-part art competition series explores one of the most accessible and provocative forms of art - the portrait.
Episodes
1. Episode 150m · Nine artists compete to create portraits of celebrity sitters including artist Ken Done, chef Maggie Beer and Yellow Wiggle Tsehay Hawkins. Using diverse techniques, they showcase creativity and skill in just four hours.
2. Episode 250m · Nine artists have 4 hours to create portraits of Drag Queen Courtney Act, Actor Mark Coles Smith and film critic Margaret Pomeranz, each with a personal item. The judges select a top 3, and 1 advances to the semi-final.
3. Episode 349m · Heat 3 features an array of unique talent, including the youngest and oldest artists in the competition. Celebrity sitters are Gardening Australia's Costa Georgiadis, comedian Celia Pacquola and actor Talijah Blackman-Corowa.
4. Episode 447m · This heat features nine artists from across the country. The sitters are comedian Rhys Nicholson, chef Adam Liaw, and radio/TV host Myf Warhurst.
5. Episode 549m · In this heat, nine artists have four hours to create a portrait of a celebrity sitter: Paralympian Madison de Rozario OAM, TV and radio host Amanda Keller, and actor/comedian Matt Okine.
6. Episode 650m · In the final heat, nine artists from across Australia have just four hours to create portraits of Muster Dogs season 1 winner Frank Finger and his dog Annie, actor Chloe Hayden and comedian Alex Lee.
7. Episode 748m · The pressure is on as the winners of our heats are joined by a wildcard chosen by our judges. Seven talented artists return for the semi-final, each given 4 hours to capture the likeness and spirit of Dr. Karl Kruszelnicki.
8. Episode 846m · In the Grand Final, three outstanding artists; Jenny Croom, Dean Rankine and Jenna Pickering each have four hours to paint a portrait of adored comedy icon Denise Scott, each drawing on their unique approach to artmaking.More Like This
Watercolour Challenge

Three amateur artists are given four hours to paint, in watercolour, the same scene or landscape, often with widely different interpretations. At the end of the four hours, the guest professional artist for the week judged the paintings and selected the winner, who would then appear in a regional final, and if successful would compete in the end of series final.

We briefly look at some of the most iconic cars to hit the Australian highways ( goat tracks ) and why we loved or hated them and how they faired on our roads and race tracks. Some of these cars are unique to Australia, while other cars will be instantly recognised in other parts of the world. Some international models were renamed and rebadged for the Australian market, but you may still recognise them just the same.
