In 1984, her brother Carlos was kidnapped by the state as one of thousands who were abducted and disappeared. This is an installation documentary created in 2015. The quiet process of making boxes indoors reflects the author's patience and caution, the narration when the screen is black reflects the author's familiarity and confidence in what he wants to express, and the dodging perspective and trembling picture when facing the crowd outdoors reflect the photographer's cramped and alienated. A lot of things happened after 2015, and the film was re-edited. The current version has almost used the best materials of that year.

A nuanced portrait of the (Amsterdam) police which portrays not only the police as an institution, but also individual officers. Issues raised include: ethnic profiling, lack of influence by neighbourhood officers, the role of women within the police force and the question of whether the police sometimes use excessive force, for example during the clearance of squats by the ME (Riot Police) in Amsterdam’s Kinkerbuurt neighbourhood, where defenceless locals were beaten by officers with batons.
