Set in Marseille in the early 1930s, this musical depicts a love affair between a dashing man with a plan to smuggle fine wine to Prohibition-era America and an innocent woman who strives to clean up Marseilles, and eventually becomes involved in a counterfeit money case.

In Portuguese, SAUDADE means nostalgia, grief, or longing. Thinking wistfully of one's distant home or of loved ones far away, or yearning for a youth that can never be recaptured. Sorrow, agony, bitterness, love, beauty, radiance. Sometimes a sharp pain within one's heart. Sometimes one should aim at the light that will lead one into the future. In the outskirts of this world, surrounded by strangers, a lone man feels SAUDADE. These mindscapes blend with elements of poetic scenery, and singing and dancing to a variety of music, to display the charm of Sena Jun: the noble-mindedness of proud solitude, tender kindness, and sometimes a brief glimpse of forlorn fragility, in contrast to which her vigorous strength and dynamism overflows even more vividly.

A dazzling whirlwind of a revue about voyagers to bless Nozomi Fuuto in grand fashion as she, the recently appointed Top Star, and the new Snow Troupe embark upon their journey. It begins with a thoroughly vivid prologue symbolizing the departure of a splendid cruise ship. The performers then wish Nozomi Fuuto the best of luck as the new Top Star with choreography inspired by her name and the four Chinese characters that make it up: 望 (HOPE), 海 (OCEAN), 風 (WIND), and 斗 (BIG DIPPER). You can look forward to an ultimate piece of entertainment that combines the allure of the new Snow Troupe plus the aesthetics of Nozomi Fuuto's portrayal of male characters as the otokoyaku.

This is the last performance at Tokyo Takarazuka Theater, also the Last Stage of Takarazuka Revue Snow Troupe Top Star Futo Nozomi who will withdraw from Takarazuka Revue. Don’t miss the stage that full of charm of Top Star Futo Nozomi who led the snow Troupe with the overwhelming singing power and performance power that moved the audience. 　　This is also the last stage of Top Musume-yaku, Kiho Maaya. “GUYS AND DOLLS,” one of Broadway’s most popular and cheerful musical comedies, continues to enchant audiences around the world. Premiering on Broadway in 1950 and running for an impressive 1,200 performances, this masterpiece of a musical comedy has seen countless revivals across the globe and continues to be loved by audiences to this day. The Takarazuka Revue first staged it in 1984, with Moon Troupe’s Mao Daichi and Hitomi Kuroki in the lead. It was revived in 2002 by Moon Troupe, starring Jun Shibuki and Kurara Emi, and again by Star Troupe in 2015 with Kairi Hokusho and Fu Hinami in the lead roles, all of which earned great acclaim. This beloved musical, packed with exhilarating numbers, is brought to life by Moon Troupe, led by An Hozuki and Juri Amashi, with a new script, translated lyrics, and direction for the 2025 production.
