Should they boycott the event, swallow their idealism, or use their airtime to criticise the host country for their illegal occupation of Palestine? In Iasi, Romania, from June 28 to July 6, 1941, nearly 15 000 Jews were murdered in the course of a horrifying pogrom. At the time, the programmed extermination of European Jews had not yet began. After the war, the successive communist governments did all they could to ensure the Iasi pogrom would be forgotten. It was not until November of 2004 that Romania recognized for the first time its direct responsibility in the pogrom. All that remains of this massacre are about a hundred photographs taken as souvenirs by german and romanian soldiers, and a few remaining survivors.

Through international visits (London, Israel, Morocco and Poland) and dialogue-with Palestinian refugees, the new immigrants to Israel who now occupy their homes, the current occupants of his family's former house in Tangiers, the residents of the former village of his wife's family in Lisensk, a scientist, a jazz musician, and others-the filmmaker explores the position of exile, with its unique pain and perspective on what others may be too close to perceive.

A documentary film that brings testimonies taken just one week after the attack, from 7 different areas that were attacked in the events of Saturday, 10/7/23. The film is told from the point of view of the survivors. The evidence is unusually presented in the movie with the help of miniature models and animations that reinforce the hard evidence. The survivors share the survival experience they experienced during the long hours of the murderous terrorist attack. Those who ran away from the party, the houses they hid in, those who fought against the terrorists, and those who saved lives in the field. All with the choices they had to make in real-time, and saved their lives.
