Willing was fired from the nightly news spotlight but was oddly kept on as a street reporter. His firing was due to exaggerations, inaccuracies and utter nonsense. Network's CEO Mr. Leibowitz feels that his zany, ludicrous mix-ups in reporting has entertainment value and the high ratings prove it. Willing feels his glorious return will happen if he returns to the street and bond with the people – and even animals – in New York's Central Park.
