Film-maker Conor Reilly is given rare access to the Scottish flat earth community, setting into motion a chain of events that will introduce him to people that are making it their mission to spread the word of flat earth and why they believe in this so passionately. His journey takes him across Scotland, where he meets believers using social media to spread the message of 'waking up to the lies' and those who are taking to the streets with banners and flyers speaking to the public face to face. Finding a small but growing community of Scots leads him to Colorado, USA, and to the second International Flat Earth Conference, where he gets an insight into the movement on an entirely new level. Is this where Scotland is heading?

What begins as a simple clean becomes a reminder of connection, shared purpose and the power of small actions. Between gathering debris, cooking over a fire and swimming in cold water, the team find hope alongside the sadness. The film shows that environmental care can be joyful, creative and rooted in showing up.

The Lost Portrait of Bonnie Prince Charlie: A Culture Show Special

In 2009, art detective Dr Bendor Grosvenor caused a national scandal by proving that the Scottish National Portrait Gallery's iconic portrait of Bonnie Prince Charlie, the rebel Stuart who almost seized power in 1745, was not in fact him. Keen to make amends, and suspecting that a long-lost portrait of the prince by one of Scotland's greatest artists, Allan Ramsay, might still survive, Bendor decides to retrace Charles's journey in the hope of unravelling one of the greatest mysteries in British art.
