Patrick Troughton's Doctor and his companions Victoria and Jamie investigate strange happenings at a gas refinery run by Chief Robson. Animated recreations of lost episodes help bring this 1960s adventures back to screens.

1. Episode 125m · The Doctor, Jamie and Victoria are taken prisoner by the staff of a gas refinery, who have lost contact with their drilling rigs and experienced mysterious drops in pressure.
2. Episode 225m · As the situation worsens at the refinery, Chief Robson refuses to halt the gas flow. Elsewhere, the weed extends its influence and Mrs Harris receives sinister visitors.
3. Episode 325m · Despite the mounting evidence, Chief Robson refuses to acknowledge that matters have escalated beyond his ability to control them.
4. Episode 425m · Investigating the impeller shaft, Van Lutyens is overwhelmed by the weed creature. A call comes from one of the off-shore rigs - the weed creatures are attacking and taking over!
5. Episode 525m · As the weed breaks into the Pipeline Room at the refinery, the deranged Chief Robson kidnaps Victoria in a helicopter and heads for the Control Rig.
6. Episode 625m · The Weed has complete control of Chief Robson and threatens to conquer Earth. The Doctor searches for a means to defeat the creature and believes the answer may be Victoria...More Like This

The woman's death is thought to be a "lonely death" (someone died naturally without anyone noticing for a long period of time). Detective Ayano has doubts about that conclusion. The cats seemed like they were not house trained, which is odd for domestic cats. Detective Ayano wonders whether the cats were really owned by the dead woman. Detective Ayano then finds Suzuki Yoko’s bankbook in an empty fishbowl. It seems like the dead woman is 36-year-old Yoko.
