A phenomenon known as the Merge has caused many legendary realms to suddenly combine into one, but their union is unstable. A Spinjitzu Ninja Master must train a new generation of heroes to help find Elemental Dragons who can save the planet before the forces of evil use the same dragon energy to destroy this new world.

9. The Calm Inside22m · Sora hacks into the Imperium logs to find Riyu. Nya and Kai explore a mysterious passageway. Lloyd leads an epic battle against an army of Photacs.
10. The Battle of the Second Monastery22m · Ninja never quit! Nya, Kai and Zane give the battle against Imperium new hope while Lloyd uncovers a mystery hidden deep below the city.
11. The Temple of the Dragon Cores22m · To stop the MergeQuakes from getting worse, the Ninja travel to the Temple of the Dragon Cores to learn more about something called "The Coalescence."
12. Gangs of the Sea22m · When the Ninja split up to find the three Dragon Cores, Arin and Lloyd take the airship but soon need help from a village of peaceful algae farmers.
13. Wyldly Inappropriate22m · Mr. Frohicky and Zane head to the Crossroads to locate a Wyconium coil. Elsewhere, Wyldfyre's pranks complicate her and Kai's Dragon Core quest.
14. The Last Djinn22m · Nya's Seeker Stones lead her and Sora to something they weren't searching for. As Zane's Assistant Keeper, Mr. Frohicky can't do anything right.
15. They Call It Doom22m · Sora and Nya search for the Dragon Core with a magical compass. Arin and Lloyd get put to the test in Mother Garden. Wyldfyre and Kai play keep-away.
16. Land of Lost Things22m · In the Land of Lost Things, Nya runs into an old pal while Sora looks for an alternate power source to ward off a junkyard monster called "The Hoarder."
17. The Administration22m · Lloyd and Arin arrive in the Administration, where they learn the Dragon Core will be demolished if they don't act fast — and file the correct paperwork.
18. Absolute Power22m · While the Ninja try to figure out a way to bypass Imperium's energy barrier, Empress Beatrix tests a deadly weapon powered by stolen Dragon Cores.
19. We Are All DragonsTo expose Empress Beatrix's mistreatment of dragons to the naïve citizens of Imperium, the Ninja will need help... from a man on the inside.
