The evil Shadow Lord has taken control of the kingdom of Deltora and has driven the land and its people into misfortune and suffering. Lief, the son of a blacksmith, has just turned sixteen and is entrusted, along with his two companions Barda and Jasmine, with an important mission: to retrieve the stolen seven magical stones that once reunited within the Belt of Deltora, will bring power to the true heir of Deltora and give him the power to free the kingdom from the tyranny of the Shadow Lord. There is just one problem; the seven stones have been scattered all across Deltora and currently reside in the hands of seven wicked men who are not easily willing to give them up.

8. Tom's Curious Shop25m · Lief and his friends move on toward the next destination after defeating the Thaegan Sorceress, but Lief realizes they are being followed when the belt signals danger and Jasmine gets a bad feeling.
9. Noradz the Clean25m · Lief and his friends are stuck in Noradz, whose residents clean obsessively and whose ruler wants Lief and his friends to stay.
10. Escape25m · Lief and his friends must fight their way out of Noradz after escaping from a dungeon, in which they'd been imprisoned.

33. Pirate Attack25m · Jasmine rejoins the group on a river boat teeming with pirates and Ols. After the battle, Lief realizes that some of his friends and his belt are missing.
34. The Pirates' Feast25m · Pirates capture Dain and steal the Belt of Deltora; the group locate a map that leads them through the Maze of the Beast and to the pirates.
35. Maze of the Beast25m · Pirates lock the group in the Maze of the Beast, where a frightening monster lives, but they cannot try to escape until they find the sixth gem.
36. Sorceress Thaegan Is Back!25m · Dain disappears while Lief and the others escape the Maze of the Beast with the sixth gem. While traveling through the forest, the group is watched by an unknown person.
37. Mirror of Fear25m · Lief's friends are captured by Thaegan, and Lief must consider putting his quest on hold in order to save them.
38. Sorcerer Oacus25m · The group lose a member of their party while traveling to the Valley of the Lost. Harassed by the Shadow Lord's minions, they take another route.
